hello, anyone know much about these (800cc version)? also wanting to find places that know how to tune em and supply aftermarket parts. any help appreciated. ta

They are very big, and vibrate like hell. There's a reason no one makes 800cc singles y'know. Cam chain tensioning is the number one headache I am told. Oh, and the electrics. The DR-Big is a very simple but reliable bike. You can easy fix it your self or get spare parts even in south america. On my last 30'000 km trip trough Patagonia i didn't have any problems.
