Unfortunately, in Canada we have passenger trains and freight trains, and you can't usually put a motorcycle on a passenger train. ViaRail
is the main Canadian passenger service between Toronto and Calgary, and they only accept bicycles as baggage. Motorized vehicles are actually in the list of prohibited baggage.
So you will need to arrange the motorcycle transport separately from your own transport. Try http://www.motorcycleshippers.com
which does ship motorcycles within Canada and the US.
Good luck and please let us know how you go!
