Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events such as this one (18 this year!); we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, the HUBB or
to receive the e-zine. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and

Collecting our bikes from Montreal, Canada - what to expect?
We arrived in Montreal last week and have had some major hassles extricating collection info from our shipping agent. That aside, we now have a number and address and hope to fetch our bikes from an agent at Mirabel airport tomorrow (Monday). This is our first time shipping the bikes so we don't know what to expect, we've obviously read the horror stories on the HUBB about taking the whole crate elsewhere to unpack!
Has anyone freighted into Canada or even better Montreal? what is the procedure / chain of events?
any info greatly appreciated!
We collected the bikes from Montreal and all went easy. You do have to collect the bikes in the crate but a ADV inmate helped us with that. Four hours after landing we had our bikes.
