yellow fever cert or stamp in booklet

OK
Could be a dumb question, but having just had the jabs, the details have gone into my vaccination booklet with a red stamp from the doc. Does this count as a "Yellow Fever Certificate" or is there more to it.

Thanks
JT

With a date and the docs signature, that's it. You also want a stamp saying something like 'WHO does not advise cholera jabs'

additional suggestion to Robbert's :
since you mentioned cholera , get the oral vaccine DUKORAL against traveller's diarrhea and it will give protection against cholera too.
Having used the DUKORAL oral vaccine for a few years now for trips to Mexico and Central America I can vouch for the fact that it does protect against TD. Most folks will benefit from it to some degree. I know of one sensitive person who would have been wiped out for a while by TD, but now only experienced a mild case of tummy rumbles. Myself experienced no symptoms from what would otherwise have been a major discomfort after the same food incident where contamination was probable .
