What to include on the carnet froms?

I've seen a post before asking this question, but can't find after doing a search for it.

I'm busy completing my carnet form and one of the requirements is to list spares and tools. I know less is more sometimes, but is this the case on the carnet?

We will be travelling in a 4WD, so will be carrying quite a few things tools and spares. What about things like consumables like oil for eg. My initial thoughts are not include it.

What about recovery gear, for example high lift jacks, winch kits and the like?

Do we list as little as possible?

Thanks

I understand this is just for high value items like clutches etc. just to make sure you aren't importing them to sell!
