Who is on the camel trophy in Peru

I actually met this bloke the other day at casa grande in cusco Peru but didn't share details as iwas going to be ahead of him. Turns ou my plans have changed and will be going slowly north now.

Does anyone know him? I believe he is on the hubb. European
Bloke travelled Africa sth America and more on his 20'yo camel trophy...Excuse me formforgetting ya name!

I'm afraid I dont think the Camel Trophy is a type of bike, rather it's a paint scheme normally associated with land rovers or (rather less likely) a Moto Morini Camel, like this (one on left) http://www.seismo.com/personal/morin...01/X3/H065.jpg

I recall having seen a DR800 with a Camel Trophy paint job, not sure if it was a factory option or an aftermarket one - looked mint though. Unfortunately I have no idea who the owner was! Sorry I cant be more help

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events (22 this year!); we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, the HUBB or to receive the e-zine.
