Anyone leaving Buenos Aires on the 16 December?

Hiya, I was wondering if anyone would like company heading south from BA on the 16th. I hope to have Christmas in Ushuaia. I am actually not going south first. I was planning on heading west over to Mendoza then south to the lake district and beyond but am flexible. I am planning on camping and would like to do a bit of hiking along the way. Let me know if you are interested in a riding partner.. email is the best way to contact me.

Cheers and happy riding.

Canada to Argentina

I am currently in Papoyan, Colombia and will be in Ecuador in about 10 days on or about December 10, 2007. I plan to spend Christmas and New Ýears there befor moving onto Peru.

I am riding solo and am in no rush, but willing to meet up with other riders who may be in the area.

For those who are riding south, do not miss Colombia. It is great country!

Nos vemos!!

Hey Susan,

I'm in San Martin and heading towards Viedma for Dec.6th. Afterwards on the 9th I'm heading south to Ushuaia. The route down depends on what happens at the meeting, but I'm planning on travelling Ruta 3 and Ruta 40. I'll also be camping wherever possible and it would be nice to have someone else to ride with through the patagonia.

Cheers
Daren

I enjoy meeting up with other riders for a coffee, a meal or sightseeing. Maybe even traveling together for a while.

Another one going to Viedma then south to Ushuaia. My wife and and I arrive in BA on 27th November and hopefully the bike will be at the airport ready to be extracted via the Customs people. Hope to meet some of you at the meeting. We are planning a nine month trip going up to Alaska and then shipping the bike and ourselves back to the UK at the end of August 2012.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
