Manipur then Myanmar starting Dec 2004?
Hi, I'm planning on doing India-Myanmar-Thailand overland by bike later this year, is anyone else?
I've met Jessy Leoni (see thread http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/ubb...ML/000024.html) and the Myanmar side of things is fine, but apparently one needs to travel in a group to obtain a PAP (protected area permit) for Manipur. Right now I'm on my own so anyone else on this itinery, please let me know - looking forward to hearing from you!
