Croatia to Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan - late September 2014

Start date: 23 August (3 weeks in total).
Zagreb - Sofia - Istanbul - Samsun - Batumi - Tbilsi - Baku - Tbilsi - Yerevan - than back to EU trough Turkey

still have no viza (invite letter in progress) or any solid plan (that will be made in 1 day)

I'm riding a 2008 Suzuki V-Strom 650. I'm traveling alone and on the budget, which means cockroach hostels, camping or couchsurfing.

Any travel buddy, for any leg of the journey, is welcome to join.

Moto Kamp Bulgaria

Hi
Myself and a mate are heading to Bulgaria / Romania, We will be leaving France around the 21st August, no set plans, just riding for 3 weeks on Brit Reg'd 1200GS and 1300 Pan.
If you don't already know about it I can highly recommend a visit to Doug, Polly and Ivo at Moto Kamp in Idilevo, Bulgaria, only a couple of hours from Sofia -

Thanks for the tip I've been to Dougs place 2 years ago, a great helpful guy. Thought of crashing there for one night, but it's a bit out of the way (and just in between 2 stops I planned), and I've gotta save time to cross Turkey ASAP.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
