Smile Australia to UK 2012

Hi all

Might be a bit early here but I suppose its never too soon to start a plan for a long long trip.

Due to work commitments etc I have to start the plan early so once I've finished my trip around Europe this year, Im looking to make a start on the big one from Australia to UK.

At the moment its from Perth - Darwin - Singapore/Indonesia - Thailand - China/Neal/India - Pakistan - Iran - Turkey etc before popping across channel to UK.

Looking for other people keen to go same way.

I wanted to stay on sealed roads as much as possible. Stay in cheap accommodation with occasional camp. Depends on funds really.

So if anyone is interested in joining me and possibly my wife, please let me know.

All the best
Steven

Hello steve. It is a bit too early but never too late.
My plan is to ship my KTM to New Zealand and then to Australia in 2011.
I like to camp and money will be tight.
We stay in touch.

Australia to UK ... best time to go

Still looking to do this trip in 2012. Looking at starting to plan in more detail after Christmas 2009. I know its a long way away but like to get a route together soon.

Anyone else actually done this route?

Steven
