Smile Africa. North to South. Early 2015.

Hi! I'm going around the globe on a KTM990adv. Currently in Eastern Europe. My original plan was to go though Iran, Pakistan, India and Myanmar to Thailand. But since it's getting difficult to get the Pakistani Visa, I might just head South.
Traveling alone so far (+50,000km since I left Argentina) might be a good idea to find a partner for Africa. Anyone?

West or east? I'm planning on doing the west coast by myself mid November, if you're interested.

London to Cape town through West Africa

Hi Martin,

Im heading down the west coast of Africa with some slight changes to route because of Ebola. My bike is being shipped on the 15th on October and ment to arrive in the UK on the 11th December. Ill be heading pretty much straight to Morocco then.

I have started a blog for the trip. If timing works out Id love to travel through some of the west with someone else just in case?? Im riding a modified KTM 690R.
So if timing is right maybe we can catch up for a or 2?

Regards
Patrick

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
