ATM's in US, Canada, NZ, Auz and SA. Would like to find one

As an every day way of obtaining cash whilst in the above countries I have an ATM card with the Vias backing, and credit cards with Visa/Mastercard backing. I also have a card with Cirus and Link on the back and was wondering if it is worth taking as an 'all else fails absolute emergency cash source'.
So if you have read this post and will be going out tonight, geting cash from an ATM, can you look and see if the ATM has the Cirus/Link sysbols on them.

Thanks
Harvey

Cirrus ATM's are very common in the USA and Mexico, so I think it would be worth carrying there.

You'll be OK with the Cirrus network in all the countries you mention - generally get a better rate/less fees than using your credit card too.

Cirrus card was excepted in all the countries I stopped in. Some of the local US banks didn't like it but never called into more than 2 banks to get a hit for money.

US, Canada, NZ, Oz, SA. All good for cirrus.

The only prob I had was paying for shipping, the company would only take a bank chq raised against my C/Card as the companies I used in Oz and Sa would not/could not take C/cards

They work in Oz and NZ

The Cirrus cards work fine in Oz. Indeed, that is the type of card the ANZ bank issue (Australia and New Zealand bank). So, fine all around Oz and New Zealand.

Have fun
