UK (Essex), Two used wooden shipping crates for sale (cheap)

TWO wooden shipping crates, used. Dimensions: 200 x 84 x 123 cm

It seems such a shame to use them for firewood, if they could be useful to someone (although now we're back in cold, damp UK it's tempting!)

They were first custom made to ship two BMWs (with front wheels still in position - not sure which models) from Germany to Valparaiso, Chile. Then we bought them second hand for shipping our two 1990s Yamaha XT600s (an XT600e and an XT600Z Tenere) from Chile to England. We had to remove front wheels to fit them in as BMWs are apparently shorter than our Yams. Our bikes and metal paniers fitted snugly inside with just enough space around for riding gear and camping gear.

The crates are in good condition and kept our bikes and possessions safe and sound on their journey. They are wooden frames, clad with chipboard so stuff inside is pretty secure. The base is like a pallet for easy forklifting.

They are currently near Harlow in Essex, UK.

We paid 100,000 Chilean pesos for each one, which is about 124 British pounds each, but will consider all offers.
