Living in the retirement centre of England we see driving like that quite regularly, although I have never seen it on a rooftop carpark. What usually happens if the driver is an old biddy is the they are prosecuted for driving without due care and attention, given a minimal fine and ordered to retake their driving test, this usually keeps them off the road for good.

What the heck is a "loss prevention officer"?!

Please don't tell me it's some term for a "security guard"!!

...because security guard was never quite clear enough for me.

At least the guy was insightful and analytical when he observed "it was very dangerous"
