electric starter kit for DR650
Just bought a DR650 1995 kit start only version, i now its older and heavier than the newer models but it came with long range tank and luggage rack + side racks and top box so not to bothered about age, the bike has a bad vibration from the engine which i believe may be balancer shaft related although i planning to strip and rebuild the engine.
Does anyone Know if an electric start kit is avaliable? Also any other help or advice would be great. Cheers Jim

I know this post is old, but I intend to do the same on my DR 650. Did you manage to find an answer to this?

The only solution was to fit a later engine with electric start. I sold the bike as it was to help fund a trip to Morocco on my V-strom 1000 Cheers Jim
