DR650SE frame reinforcement?

I was wondering if anyone could give me any information on trying to reinforcing a dr650's frame to be heavely loaded for a RTW trip?

Rather reconsider your luggage. If you take more than 40 kg it's too much. Throw away all the rubbish like water purifiers and the like. Travel with 3 pairs of socks(wearing one, drying one over the mirrors and one pair for emergencies).
Get a decent rack that uses the drivers footpeg mounts for support. Try not to load fuel jerrycans on your rack as well as water. (Water rather in soft container on passenger seat if you need any).
The only problem I ever had with the DR is the upper chain guide roller (cut the whole damn thing off the frame, it's useless anyway) It will sooner or later break out of the frame (which does not cause further problems)
Keep an eye on the welding of the rear brackets that carry the indicator arms (or the luggage rack depending on model).
