Cost of malaria prophylactics
Does anyone know the costs of malaria prophylactic drugs outside North America and Europe? And how easy is it to get them, i.e. over the counter or only by prescription? Specifically:
- Chloroquine (aka Alaren) - Chloroquine-Proguanil - Doxycycline (aka Vibramycin, Doryx) Thanks, Nelson
