Update Nouadhibou-Nouakchott road

Th road from Nouadhibou to nouakchott is about 60% finished. For almost all of the rest you can drive alongside it on a piste. There are still some sandy spots on this piste so you still need sand ladders or whatever.

The Mauri border post may (or may not)be moving in the next 3 weeks, ask the Moroccans if youre not sure.

The 5 year rule is still enforced in senegal and a convoy is still required from rosso or Diama. it is still possible to enter Casamance from Gambia without a convoy.
