GPS koordinates trough Western Sahara Route

Hello!
We are driving trough Sahara (Marokko, Mauritania, Mali, Niger, Nigeria and cameroon) in a 4WD HiAce. Departure is set to december this year. We would very much like to have GPS koordinates to towns and places in these countries! Maybe we'll see some of you fellow travellers along the way!

Its an impressive collection of coordinates in lat/long and UTM formats.

Tracks 4 Africa http://www.tracks4africa.com/ has a demo version - that lists some roads on their demo version - http://www.tracks4africa.com/t4a_maps_dl.asp about 10Mb. Most of their info is southern africa .. but they have a bit on Morocco.

For those who are after Morocco GPS maps they are available as a free download:

I've been using them in Garmin Mapsource to plan some routes for a trip in the spring, and the detail seems excellent. They also work fine on my Streetpilot 2610.

I've used the Marok Topo maps on my 2610 for my last two trips. They are extremely accurate regarding roads and include many major pistes. Sometimes, however, the villages are a few kilometers from where they are on the ground so I tend to navigate to road or piste features rather than village names.



The example above shows waypoints from a previous trip (the link between the Dades and Todra Gorges) with the Marok Topo map. As you can see, the black line of the piste matches the waypoints directly. You can also see where I got lost towards the end and headed due east instead of south. Think that data has limited resolution .. resulting in some places being 200 metres out (and that accuracy will change as teh resolution is set in degress .. not metres .. )

Possibly the Marok Topo maps use the same data .. that is why the villages have location inaccuracys.

GPS Coordinates of Mauretania.
We plan to travel to Atar, Chinguetti, and then south east to Tidjika and along to Nema.

Is there a possibility that someone has the coordinates of the routes so that we could punch them into our gps unit?
