My favorite repair shop here is:
Christian Calle Vera No. 100, esq. Calle No. 1 IRPAVI He is the only one here I know, who really repairs, WITHOUT destroying anything (I could write a book). He speaks a little english and is a "full blood" mechanic. Give him a try!
