Paris-Dakar by Bike (bicycle!)
Wow,
My first thoughts where, just another organised tour using the infamous Paris-Dakar name, but deep respect to anyone trying to achieve such a distance. They are on their way rightnow so maybe you'll bump into a big group of them somewhere along the way. Always felt a mixture of respect and compasion seeing someone cycling trough N/W Africa. Although it may take a while most of them apperently always reach their destination. Bike-Dreams They are also organising an Andes trail, Quito to Ushuaia, august 2008. (Enough time to do some training?) cheers
