From Usbekistan to Afgahnistan to Iran
Hello,
I stay now in Tashkent and search for a alternativ that i not must drive to Turkmenistan. I look for a Route to Afgahnistan to Iran. Everybody have my Information for Route an the Roads ???? My Visa for Usbekistan is empty on the 20.09.08 then i must go out. The Afgahnistan Visa is not a Problem, i have this make her at the same day. I was very lucky for good Informations the Route was to Mazar-e Shariv to Herat. Over Meymaneh. Gubi

Hi Gubi!
Sorry to hear it didn't work out with the Turkmen embassy. Where was the problem? Afghanistan is a bit 'hot' at the moment, best to contact local aid agencies about security information. Also, Arnaud had some friends over there. I'll send you an email... Bjorn
