sufficient fuel range?

I'm planning a trip down throught Mexico and Central America on my KTM 620 and was wondering if a 13 liter (3.5 gal) tank is a comfortable and sufficient size tank for the trip? Also could anyone share what kind of mileage they get out there 620's when road trippen? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Paul

Out of my Adventure, on sealed roads, I got around 20kpl. I'm sure a lot of this was due to the carb, a Mikuni BST 40. If yours has a DellOrto then you may get different results.
Don't forget fuel consumption can be drastically affected by how you use your throttle, and the wind direction.

Yup, I reckon about 20kpl is a good value for a laiden bike on average fuel...
