Daily

- Evening

 Lube Chain (warm)
 Grease Clutch Cable
 Oil Check (10 mins cooldown)
 Spoke Check (warm)
 Nuts, Bolts & Clips Check (warm)


- Morning

 Tyre & Tyre Pressure Check
 Brakes Check
 Bulbs & Fuses Check
 Fuel & Fuel Filter Check


Weekly (or by number of miles)

 General Cable Check
 WD40 Key & Electrical Switch Parts
 WD40 spoke nipples
 Brake Fluid Check
 Oil Filter, Filter Cover & Sand Stop Check
 Valve listen
 Chain/Sprockets Check
 Spark Plug Check
 Fork Suspension Check
 Bearings/Yoke/Wheels Check


I would add 2 more things...

Cooland Level in radiator &

Release pressure in forks by undoing fork screws every few days....
