I'm owner of Magura hydraulic clutch, but the main problem is clutch adjustion. Not Magura pushrod adjustion, the problem is KTM clutch pushrod adjustion. My bike is Adventure 2001. Bike is almost new, but when I install Magura kit the clutch drag is main problem. You know this feeling, when you can't to put neutral gear!
You must to open engine clutch cover and regulate special engine pushrod adjuster. Chcek this in engine repair manual.

I suggest you use Duke clutch cables. They are stronger and last a lot longer.

I just bought a brand new 2003 KTM 640 Adventure with the hydraulic clutch. After the first 400 miles I LOVE IT. I will post updates with more miles on the bike.
