KLR Highway speeds
according to the speedo - 4100 rpm = 100 kph ( 62mph)
to GPS - 4100 rpm = 92 kph ( 57 mph ) What im wonder is what speeds do people drive their KLR's on highway speeds. its plenty fast for highways here, however larger and faster highways, im wondering about the higher speeds. What RPM range are people cruising with their KLR's for extended periods. Where do you feel it sits comfortably and the highest speed for extended periods. I like 4500 rpm which is about 65mph or 105 or 106kph. |
