KLE KLR parts interchangable

Anyone know if a KLR clutch cable will fit a KLE? Interested to know if there are other parts that are interchangable, KLR parts seem to be somewhat easier to source than KLE. I own KLE.

KLE clutch cable

Hi and welcome to the HUBB... I don't know about KLR/KLE parts being interchangeable, maybe some of our more learned members can tell us that, but KLE clutch cables are fairly easy to source, plenty on e-bay at moment and also places like MandP accessories online Welcome to M & P will sell them too. Which model KLE do you own?

KLE parts

Thanks, Mine is 07/08 model. No probs getting a KLE cable really, just know where i can get some KLR parts cheap at the present time so i thought there may be some benefit in knowing what can be used on the KLE. You may have had yours for some time, any advice/tips re maintenance issues or things to watch out for?

Interchangeable parts

The foot pegs are a straight swap. Got some offroad wider KLR pegs. Straight replacement.
