KLE 500: Luggage Options and Other Accesories

Hi there.

I was wondering if someone has encountered a decent luggage solution for a KLE 500. I cant seem to find any hard luggage options. Panier racks and Aluminium paniers is of particular interest. Perhaps someone has made their own? Soft panniers will also be considered.

Accesories: I can only find a centre stand, crash bars and screen and nothing else. There does'nt seem to be much available.

Hey Spye, try this link http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hubb/kawasaki/kawasaki-kle-05-with-accessories-28986.
There are some good options there although I couldn't see anything for South Africa, it may be a start.

For mods and DIY luggage rack check out this link:
Adventure MX KLE 500

I put the same mudguard on my KLE :-)

If you decide to go with soft panniers you probably won't need a rack. You just need a plate or bracket or something to keep the panniers off the exhaust. You can pick up secondhand panniers on ebay for cheap. I got a pair of waterproof army surplus panniers for 20 snots.
