To my understanding there is a so-called 30liter-petrol-tank for the KLR650 available (in use by US-Marines ?)
does somebody know where to buy this tank ? I thought the US-Firm Acerbis, but found nothing on their Web-Site.

I believe IMS makes the tank.
It is not listed on their web site but they will make it for you. I think it's part # 113121. I got this info from the klr FAQ so I don't know how accurate it is.
