Hand eye co-ordination is finally starting to return and I´m looking out of what appears to be my window so I must have made it home. Long live Crofters IPA and roll on next year. Ride safe.

Back to reality

Thanks to Chizz and Angus for organising this. It was great to see so many friendly faces again. Ted is almost recovered and has some colour in his cheeks! It was a fantastic weekend, results and photos will be on the blog some time soon. Part one is on there now. Sadly it is back to reality for the time being, hope to see every one at Donnington and if not at some meet some time this year.

Thanks guys, you lot rock!!

Just trying to plan my calendar... If I don't book the days off soon, I might not get them at all.

I wonder if work will lend me a bike for a few days

Highland Mini Meet 2014

Hi Liz/Ted

Have not got our dates planned yet - will get a chat with Angus sometime soon - the pub has closed down! - so we may have to come up with something different this time. All the best for the New Year

No pub.... Oh no. That is sad.

Well, looks like we'll be getting our party on in the camp site then.

I can bring an 'off the ground' half oil drum wood burner and plenty of nice dry logs to burn.

If we can get they okay off the camp site owners, it will be lovely and warm.

That with a cheap Tesco Marque and we'll be happy as Larry...

Knitting you own yoghurt?

Ted the last three hubb meets I have gone to have been in your van or my Bangbus. For Gods sake we are supposed to be hardened bikers not yoghurt knitting hippies living out of a painted VW micro bus

Correction, I went to Haggs Bank on my bike. Highland meet, Donnington and Cheddar were all on four wheels. I am thinking of taking up yoga and learning Buddhist chants

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
