xl600 more power from cold
when i start the xl600lm after lying overnight it sounds crisp,responsive and good power.after a mile or so it becomes sluggish and the idle seems lumpy.
i tried a new coil and messed with the air screw with no resault. uni air filter 58 piliot 120 pri 118 sec and a homemade supertrapp. any suggestions would be great.

Hi,in my experience with some bikes ive owned they seem to run slightly leaner when stone cold but as they have warmed up start to richen,ive had machines with bad hesitations on light throttle (an indicator that the mixture could be weak) but this dissapears when fully warm.i think its a carb issue but which area.....pilot,needle or main jet.sorry i cant be of more help
