Who knows where an XR650R subframe snaps?

I have a spare alloy subframe for my pig with a view to bracing/gusseting it to make it stronger. building one from steel would be too expensive for me. so the question is has anyone bust an xr650r subframe overlanding and if so where did it break. this info will help me locate the weak point and reinforce it. i travel light, soft panniers and a roll bag (20-25kgs total) and the pig has survived a month of iceland adventures so the stock frame seems reasonable. but it would be nice to eliminate this concern from the list of could go wrongs. thanks
