honda cg110 / 100

odd request,
There is a 110cc and 100cc varient of the venerable cg125 motor, same crank/stroke etc, just sleeved down.

I need to source either a cg100 or 110cc motor (not 125cc).
genuine honda preferably, or the barrel, piston and head, so I can graft it onto a cg125 bottom end. Anybody any idea how to source one in GB?

If you have no luck...

If you can't find one over there, I know where there are a couple of CG110s in NZ. They were very common.

Umm, my mums going to nZ in the new year, I wonder if she would stick the motor in her suitcase on the way back. How difficult would it be to source a motor (or the top end of one)??

Thumbs up

I will make enquiries and let you know.
I have a friend who races a CG125, and has lots of spare bikes.

races CG125s! he should come to Iran where there are at least 10 brands of Honda's ubiquitous gem ... I saw a 30-way race along country lanes the other day ... some were two-up and clipping both verges as they hurtled the other way
