CBR 750
I am currently living in Japan but will return to Canada in a few months. I have a CBR 750 which they do not make in North America.(or anywhere outside Japan I think) My question is besides the cylinders does anyone know if the parts are the same as the a different model CBR? I doubt Honda would make parts that would only fit a few bikes in Japan and no where else but I would hate to ship the bike home and find out I was wrong.
Thanks for any help! [This message has been edited by canuckabroad (edited 18 September 2003).] |

I think that a CBR750 is more like a CBR900 than the 600. I belive that the 900 was originally conceived as a 750 but then had the stroke lengthened to bring it up to 900cc. I'm sure that I read a write-up about this a few years ago, along with photo's.
May be worth contacting some of the specialist importers of grey market models in the UK i.e. BAT M/Cycles or D&K.
