Finland - Tyres

Hi

Is there tyre online shop in Finland, where can I order tyres and get delivered to a postoffice (poste restante) or do I get them only at a motocycleshop

We have to change tyres probably in Rovaniemi ....

Any suggestions ?

Thanks in advance

Hi and thanks for the information

I contacted the dealer and got a quote, which was just shocking

one set of Metzler Enduro 3 incl. mounting Euro 431.-

I get the same tyre in germany for Euro 160.- plus mounting (20-25), so the price in Finland is more than double .... ?

....my favorite tyre, the Heidenau K60 is only Euro 120.- plus mounting

So, I change tyres before depature and keep the 60% used one`s in my garage or donate it to traveller passing through

Greets and thanks

Was that really 431€ ?

Heidenau K 60 you can do easily 15 000km..
I did 24 000 km with my front...

I have 3 set of them all the time in garage just in case + quite many other sets....so I can choose different tyre set for different needs: thumbup1:

Here we joke, that "Finland is an island".. looking from central Europe, logistically it is true! So tyres, etc. could cost a bit more (but not double from Germany).

Hi

the plan was to use the already mounted tyres for another +/- 3000km and then get new one`s in Finland

But, for the price of Euro 431.- per set in Finland I will buy and mount the K 60 in Germany for about Euro 170.- / 180.- (inkl. mounting)

Anyway, no worries and we are looking forward to ride Scandinavia and hopefully it will be a dry summer
