Can anyone ride my bike from Lisbon to London?
Hi All,
I know this is a real long shot but worth a try. I was suppose to be going on my trip of the Americas in a couple of weeks and shipping my bike from Lisbon. On Monday I was offered a really good job and would welcome the opportunity to spend some more time preparing. Someone was going to ride my bike up to London from Lisbon for me but changed their mind. Unfortunately I have already purchased my tickets back to NZ for 1st Dec and don't have any time off work to go down and get my bike before then. So I am going to attempt to ride my bike up to London from Lisbon over a weekend which I am a bit nervous about. But if anyone was able to ride the bike from Lisbon to London I would be happy to pay their costs and an amount per day if they were able to get it to London in a fairly short timeframe. Otherwise if someone wanted to borrow the bike until January in exchange for getting it from Lisbon they are welcome to use it and I can pick it up from ferry port in France or the UK. In all cases as long as they had a valid drivers license I can put them on my insurance. Please PM me if you are interested. Thanks, safe riding and happy travelling, Annette

weekend in London
If you could get the bike to London by the weekend of the 25/26th November you are welcome to my couch and a personal sightseeing tour of London.
Cheers, Annette

I'd do it for expenses, but I couldn't do it for next weekend (25th/26th) as I'm at a conference in Manchester. The following week though, I am available, but from experience, I know it will take me around 4 days to get it back to London and if I flew out on Monday, I'd be pushing it to get back to London by the 1st. What bike is it and how comfy is it?
If this is any use to you, let me know by private message and I'll send you my phone number and we can meet up.

Thanks to everyone that offerred to help out but I decided that I would just ship the bike up so that it arrived back in London before I went on holiday.
