I'm not sure whether you want a kit for tubed or tubeless tyres. If it's for tubeless, I can thoroughly recommend the BMW kit (which is actually made by Rema Tip Top, which is also available outside of the BMW network). I've successfully used this kit twice now, and although the repair instructions state "The repaired tyre should be used at a maximum of 60 km/h and for a maximum of 600 km", I recently had to remove a nail from my rear tyre in the middle of Ukraine and repair the hole. I then rode 1300 km to Wien at speeds of up to 140 km/h on the Slovakian motorway without any problems.

Tire plugger stop and go same thing do a search about £30.00
nstructions for Standard Tire Plugger

With a great deal of care and common sense, this item can provide an effective repair. Before you attempt to use this Plug Gun in an actual situation, it is highly recommended that you experiment with it first. That means first read the directions carefully. Then practice loading and cranking the Gun before inserting in a tire.

Step 1: Locate and Clean Injury
  1. Locate puncture; if water is available, you can identify the leaking area by observing the air bubbles. Once located, remove moisture within 6 inches of injury.
  2. Use the Probe Tool to inspect the damage area.
  3. Determine size and direction of injury, making sure no foreign material is left in the injury. Injuries exceeding 1/4 inch should not be repaired. Finally, leave the Probe Tool in the damaged area while you proceed.
Step 2: Prepare to Load Gun
  1. Be sure drive mechanism at back of Gun is fully released.
  2. Hold the threaded end of Gun firmly upright.
  3. Center Rubber Plug in barrel of Gun. Be sure Mushroom Head is centered.
  4. Center tip of Nozzle Adapter over center of Mushroom Head (as shown at left.
  5. Push down slowly. Be sure it goes down straight and just below threaded end of barrel.
  6. Mushroom Head will recess down into hole of barrel.
  7. Do not push too far down - just below tip of threaded end of barrel.
  8. Plug must invert straight down, not crooked.
Step 3: Install Nozzle in Tire
  1. Completely clean and generously lubricate inside of Nozzle.
  2. Remove Probe Tool from injury.
  3. Screw Nozzle Adapter onto Probe Tool.
  1. Again insert the Probe Tool into the injury all the way.
  2. This will effectively install the Nozzle Adapter in tire.
  3. Now hold the Nozzle Adapter firmly as you unscrew the Probe Tool away from the tire.
Step 4: Install Plug in Tire
  1. Now add a drop of Lubricant into barrel over inverted Mushroom Head.
  2. Screw the barrel firmly onto the Nozzle in tire.
  3. Slowly crank the handle until it will no longer crank.
  4. Release the plunger mechanism at the back of the Gun. Slowly crank the handle again until it will no longer crank. Repeat the above process at least four of five times to be sure Plug passes through all the way. Do not force the handle.
  5. If you do not get about three smooth strokes with the crank handle, the Plug is probably installed in the Gun crooked or too deep, or
Step 5: Seal Mushroom Head
  1. Use pliers to pull on the stem sticking out of tire.
  2. Stretching the stem 1" - 2" will effectively seat Mushroom Head on inner wall.
  3. Use enclosed single-edge razor to trim Plug stem at tire tread level.
For Best Results: Run a Plug through the Gun before actually installing it in the tire. They have a tendency to soften up a bit and offer less resistance after going through the Gun once.
Warning: Holes larger than 1/2 inch should not be plugged. Rubber cement is not needed with this Kit. Lubricant oil will evaporate.
Precautionary Information: Puncture repairs made "On-the-Wheel" are classified as emergency repairs. If an emergency repair is made, the tire must not be run more than 100 miles at speeds no greater than 50 MPH until the tire is removed from the rim, inspected carefully, and permanent repair is made.

Instructions for Automatic Tyre Inflation Kit

Contents of Kit 1 Air Valve Adapter
1 Set of Instructions
1 Compact Zip Pouch
4 Canisters of CO2

Pure CO2 Gas is a natural High Pressure gas. Each Canister contains 16 grams of liquid CO2 which becomes CO2 gas when released. Safe and Easy to Use. Environmentally Responsible (No CFCs or HCFCs)

  • Do Not Remove Canister until Empty
  • Only Use in Upright Position.

Important: Read Instructions Before Use

Instructions
  1. Slowly thread the CO2 Canister onto the larger (bottom) brass fitting.
  2. Thread smaller brass end of valve adapter onto the tire valve all the way.
  3. Use pliers to firmly grip adapter where it meets the Canister.
  4. Grip Canister firmly on protective foam tape (Avoid skin contact to metal).
  5. The final twist of the canister will puncture the seal and allow the CO2 gas to escape into the tire.
  6. Your tire valve prevents new inflation from escaping during this process.
  7. After the desired air pressure is achieved, remove the valve adapter. Replace with regular air pressure as soon as possible. Used Canister is made of recyclable material.

Caution!
When the seal of the Canister is punctured, the metal instantly drops to -64oF. Use some protective material or turn with a pair of insulated pliers to avoid frost burns!

Unless you're enduro racing, the co2 cartridges make no sense to me, especially so for touring.
