hallo everybody! I`m looking to buy a tank bag for my V-strom 1000, and I faund FAMSA tank bag model 244( same as 260 with side bags). Does anyone know anything about that bag?

Don't know about FAMSA, but Touratech with sidebags is very functional tankbag, helps to keep the CoG low and takes wind off your legs too - very handy in the cold weather riding
Make sure the side bags don't affect the turning of the handlebars - some "sidebaged" tankbags do that, that's why I chose TT myself. |

Look for a bag that is wedge shaped such as one that is recommended for a BMW gs series. They seem to fit the stroms well and once mounted the top is almost level. I have a wolfman denali bag I love. It sits perfect on the tank and is made with very god quality in the materals and craftmenship. He has others that may fit well.
