Cheap Panniers(?) FYI
Ballards are an Australian outlet that caters mainly for dirt bikes. In their on-line catalogue, there are some TT like aluminum panniers for A$895 a pair, including racks or $300 each. The racks are only for certain dirt bikes, though. Page 17 at Ballards Offroad Dirt Bike Parts & Accessories Penrith Australia
There's lots of goodies for RTW, especially tools. They do mail order.
