Bike Skis

Does anyone have any information on the bike in the picture?

It looks like a better alternative to a sidecar for the Elefant Rally.

You are unlikely to really need ski's if you have decent tyres (trail, not motocross), unless you are actually going to play in the snow. The access roads are plowed.
All kinds of bikes turn up on two wheels, however, a large number are wheeled out of vans a mile down the road, at the town.

They are cool tho......

bike skiis

Hei Monk - I believe the bike in your picture is running Trelleborg Army spiked tires, very good on snow and ice, but clench your sphincter if you are running on asphalt. The skiis are Swedish Army surplus, and are a great help so long as you do not hit any ruts.
safe travels,
Peter, in Oslo
