Need front Tourance or any 19inch tire in Nicaragua

Hi guys,

We are presently in Chinadenga, Nicaragua with a nasty bubble on the side wall of our front tire after running onto the mother of all potholes. Does anyone know where we can get a 110/80R19 Tourance or anything along those lines? Was also thinking on putting in a tube into the tire, would that make things a little safer until we get closer to a BMW dealer?

Thanks,

Trevor.
