Caribbean Road/Ferry trip!

Hello Gang!
Back again and planning my next little trip. Ive landed myself a job at a beach bar in Tortola BVI and I'm thinking of buying a bike in the states and then riding and ferrying my way down via Cuba and Puerto Rico to Tortola. Does anyone have any wisdom ir advice they could share with me. Im British, but don't know if I can travel from USA to Cuba directly.

As a British citizen you can travel to and from Cuba in any manner which suits you. However....there's no ferry. Everything's fluid at the moment (this is a massive understatement), so check again as often as you can stomach.

There appears to be a ferry between Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, and there's another between Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. That's probably about it.

Of course, if you can find someone to transport your bike, you can probably find a way to do a temporary import almost anywhere you go. But the Caribbean is not well-supplied with ferries, and air travel between islands is pretty expensive.
