Border at Tecun Uman/Ciudad Hidalgo open yet?

Does anybody know if the border crossing between Ciudad Hidalgo Mexico and Tecun Uman Guatemala has been reopened, or when it will reopen?. The bridge got knocked out in Hurricane Stan last October and I know it was still closed in February. I asked the Mexican consulate but got no answer back, and I prefer this border crossing to Talisman. Thanks!

Ciudad hidalgo crossing

Mike,
I was there a couple of weeks ago to deal with bike import papers so didn't actually cross the border there, but it appeared to be no major problem.
All the bridges seem to have been washed out, but replaced with temporary ones while the real ones are being repaired. Be prepared for a LOT of rain around the border right now.
(I actually crossed the border around 200ks further north, but the name of the crossing escapes me right now.)

Grant F.
