Looking for a tent but don't know where to start?
I found this database online.
Looks like it could be handy if you don't really know what you want. Alternatively, if you know what features you want, but don't know what models fit the bill... FindMeATent.com / Find Your Perfect Tent - Tent Reviews & Comparisons includes some pictures, user reviews, weight etc.

tent choice used to be whatever a few local stores happened to stock, with a limited choice available mail order through a few camping magazines perhaps.
but t'interweb has opened up everything to everyone, and the only limit is how much you are willing to pay.
