Electric "Hot-Plate" 120/240v stove 4 hotels

I wonder if anyone makes a 120v/240v switchable electric single burner stove (we used to call 'em hot plates in USA) that one could use to heat/cook in hotels in countries with 120/240 current? i used one in USA lots this winter in hotels to heat coffee/soup but thought if it was small compact and liteweight itd be good in hotels while traveling. any hints? ones here only work on 120V.

immersion heater

Have you tried an immersion heater? Its very compact and the ones for 240V also work on 120V (only takes longer to cook). Many travelers use them.
(Found this dual voltage one in the US)
