Steering dampers
My GSPD is a bitch in sand, the front wheel in particular (no, I don't have Deserts). Has anyone fitted a steering damper to these older bikes and do they help avoid the old "tank slapper"?

Hi ,i had one from new and found doing up the front end(progressive springs and good oil)realy did the trick.I also had a white power on the rear.
