G650X-F650GS engine
Are the engines in the above bikes the same apart from the generator and cosmetically different casings?
Just wondering wether to keep an F650GS engine I have or sell it, if it will work in my G650X I might be tempted to hold onto it. Pete

That would be a different head if the exhaust port came out of it

I am thinking about it too. as have access to a spare F650 engine ... i think the biggest issue is keeping the head from the G engine abd the rest from the F engine ... I cant see why that wouldnt work.
