TLC HJ61 FOR SALE (incl. major equipment)

Presently in Namibia on its way down to Cape Town, scheduled arrival mid-end October.

TLC HJ61, Dutch registration, left hand drive, 1987, km 320,000 (estimated Cape Town).

Standard including the 12HT 6-cyl line Turbo Charged engine, runns like hell. Best consumption so far was 10.5 km per liter Diesel, worst was something like 5.5 liter per km in the Lybian dessert. 6 wheels, Bridgestone Dueler A/T (20,000 km old) 235/75x16, Old Man Emu shocks (rear) and System 2000 front, modified rear leave springs, now 10 leaves plus folding plate (can take well more then 3200 kg!). 4 batteries, 24 & 12 volt inbuilt system, split charger, custom build roofrack, (suitable for loads bigger then 300 kg), etc.

Optionals; 220 Volt convertor, high lift (150 cm), rooftop tent (new), ALU sandladders, shovel and many more items and a few spares (you don't need that much for a Toyota).

Etc, etc. Everything can be discussed if you are seriously interested. Pickup in Cape Town (or anywhere else in sothern Africa as matter of fact) or alternatively in Amsterdam.

Please leave your anser here, we will check in during the next few weeks, we are still quit a bit on the road so our answer might take some time.

Regards, Jan.

I have someone who may well be interested - they're on a round-the-world and are looking to buy a 4wd in SA. Email me all the details, and I'll forward your email direct to them (they're in South America at the moment).

Enjoy the end of your trip, it's easy all the way now!

Sam.
