Fuel hose size

Hello everyone,

I am working on installing a fuel tank under my drivers seat in my petrol 110 hardtop and was wondering whether anyone could tell me the size of the hose I should use...11mm? 13mm? Also, how much tubing should I buy?

Many thanks in advance!!
Cheers Lotty

Hi Lotty
I cant remember off the top of my head what size the fuel hose is on the 90 tank - id nip out and look but im in Canada and the 90 is in the UK

....though id try and use the same stuff as on your rear tank - so they both go onto fittings (change over taps etc) and you dont have to worry about carrying/finding different sizes -interchangability is always a good idea in the boonies.......

run some cord where you will mount the fuel hose under the vehicle and measure it, then add a bit for mistakes.

also make sure you run the hose in the coolest areas in the engine bay to avoid vapour locks.

cheers
