Box wanted for Iveco daily 4x4 + under run??

Just thought I would repeat my request from the Iveco thread as it is not purely Iveco.

I am looking for a box preferably a luton 12'6"-13, long and 7' wide + 2' over the cab. not sure whether to go for grp ply as it is heavy but stronger than aluminium or foam sandwich. if anyone knows of one or where I might get one. please let me know. they seem to be difficult to find here in the south.
Does anyone know the weight of the grp ply boxes? I am trying to keep it as light as possible.

Also does anyone know the regs re the under run at the back? I am thinking of cutting off some chassis and then cutting the box at 45 degrees to get a better departure angle. I have seen it done without a bar to stop under run. Is this legal? I think not on a truck but does that change if it is a camper? At the moment my chassis is at max overhang (60% of wheelbase) plus there is an under run bar meaning I have a departure angle of about 15-20 degrees! not much I fear.
